An 80mm swivel plate castor with a grey anti-static, non-marking polyurethane tyre on a robust nylon centre, rated to 130kg.
Engineered for environments where static control is critical, the anti-static tyre helps minimise electrostatic discharge while giving smooth, quiet and non-marking operation. A precision ball bearing ensures low rolling resistance and consistent performance.
The swivel plate configuration allows effortless 360-degree movement in tight spaces, improving efficiency in busy workplaces. The zinc-plated pressed steel bracket offers durability and corrosion resistance, integrated thread guards help protect against debris build-up, and the universal 105 x 80mm plate with 80 x 60mm fixing centres makes installation quick and versatile.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
When do I need an anti-static castor?
Anti-static castors help carry static charge away from a trolley or piece of equipment. They are used where static build-up could damage electronics or cause discomfort, such as electronics assembly, labs and some healthcare settings.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
