Payment Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Castor Hub UK, a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd, through castorhub.co.uk.

Payment methods we accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Prices, currency and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery is a flat £12.00 per order, including VAT, shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, with no extra fees or surcharges for any payment method. If your card is issued outside the UK, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Klarna

If you choose Klarna at checkout, Klarna pays us for your order and you pay Klarna under the option you select, such as paying later or in instalments. Klarna sets the options and eligibility shown at checkout and may run a credit check. Your agreement for that payment is with Klarna, under Klarna's own terms. Klarna is not available for every order or customer.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 and uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card number or security code. We will never ask for your card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Fraud checks

Orders may be checked automatically for fraud. If an order cannot be verified, we may contact you or cancel it and refund you in full.

Trade and quoted orders

For larger or trade orders, send us the products and quantities using the quote request form on our Contact us page or by email, and we will reply with a written quote. Quoted orders are paid through the same online checkout and payment methods.

VAT invoices

Your order confirmation email shows the VAT included in your order. If you need a full VAT invoice, email sales@castorhub.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

Payment problems

If your payment is declined, check your details or contact your card provider. If you have been charged but did not receive an order confirmation, or think you have made a mistake with your order, email sales@castorhub.co.uk or call 01282 270214.
