Great news! As soon as you submit your order, we'll send you a confirmation email so you know we have everything we need on file to get your purchase processed and on its way.

Shipping Out
We try to get orders shipped out within 1-2 business day of receiving them. Once it's on the truck, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days. We'll keep you posted on tracking so you know when to expect your package.

Late Package?
No worries if your order is a couple days late. Sometimes packages get delayed. Give it 2 extra days, check the tracking number, and if there's still no sign of it, shoot us a message with your order number so we can figure out what's up.

Damages
Uh oh, that's not right! If anything arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, take some quick pics, jot us a note explaining the issue along with your order number, and we'll make it right. These things happen but we'll always have your back!
