Not sure this is the right castor?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A heavy-duty 75mm fixed (rigid) plate castor with a high-strength white nylon wheel, rated to 100kg.
Designed for smooth rolling and excellent load performance in demanding environments, the hard nylon wheel provides low rolling resistance and reliable performance on smooth surfaces. It also resists wear, moisture and chemicals for both commercial and industrial use.
The robust pressed steel, zinc-plated bracket ensures durability, while the fixed design gives straight-line stability and controlled movement, especially when paired with swivel castors. A standard plate fitting makes installation easy.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
