A 75mm braked twin wheel swivel plate castor with durable white nylon wheels, rated to 100kg.

Designed for strength, smooth mobility and secure positioning, the nylon wheels give low rolling resistance and excellent load-bearing performance. The integrated wheel brake locks reliably when stationary, and the zinc-plated pressed steel bracket offers long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.

It performs exceptionally well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tiles and industrial flooring. The twin wheel design improves stability and weight distribution, while the swivel plate allows precise manoeuvring in tight spaces.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
