Not sure this is the right castor?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A robust 63mm fixed (rigid) plate castor with a durable white nylon wheel, rated to 85kg.
For applications needing straight-line movement and stability, this rigid castor uses a zinc-plated pressed steel bracket and a nylon wheel that offers good wear resistance, low rolling resistance and long-lasting performance. Its fixed design suits guided movement where directional control is essential, and it performs best on hard floor surfaces.
The hard-wearing nylon resists moisture, chemicals and impact. Pair with swivel castors for an efficient, controlled mobility set-up.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
