A light-duty 50mm swivel plate castor with an anti-static, grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber (TPR) wheel, rated to 40kg.
Engineered for smooth, efficient movement where static control is important, this castor's anti-static wheel helps minimise electrostatic build-up, giving electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive equipment and workspaces. The grey TPR wheel runs on a durable polypropylene centre within a zinc-plated pressed steel bracket, for easy steering, quiet operation and good manoeuvrability.
The non-marking TPR tread helps reduce noise and vibration while protecting floor surfaces, making it a dependable choice for professional environments that need smooth movement.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
When do I need an anti-static castor?
Anti-static castors help carry static charge away from a trolley or piece of equipment. They are used where static build-up could damage electronics or cause discomfort, such as electronics assembly, labs and some healthcare settings.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
