Not sure this is the right castor?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A 200mm heavy-duty fixed plate castor with a premium black elastic rubber tyre bonded to a robust cast iron centre, rated to 600kg.
This industrial castor offers exceptional strength, smooth rolling and excellent shock absorption for demanding applications. Precision ball bearings and a heavy-duty zinc-plated steel bracket allow heavy loads to be transported safely and efficiently.
The elastic rubber tyre reduces vibration and operating noise while protecting floor surfaces. The fixed plate gives excellent straight-line stability, and the cast iron centre makes this castor particularly well suited to intensive industrial use.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
