A 200mm heavy-duty towable fixed plate castor with a premium grey elastic rubber tyre and durable aluminium centre, rated to 450kg.
This castor gives smooth rolling, excellent shock absorption and reduced operating noise in demanding industrial environments. Precision ball bearings and a robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket provide reliable mobility and long-lasting performance in heavy-duty applications.
The grey elastic rubber tread absorbs shocks, minimises vibration and protects floor surfaces, while the fixed plate gives excellent straight-line stability and dependable movement under load. The aluminium centre provides strength without compromising manoeuvrability.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
