Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A 200mm heavy-duty towable braked swivel plate castor with a premium black elastic rubber tyre bonded to a durable aluminium centre, rated to 450kg.
This industrial castor gives smooth rolling, excellent shock absorption and reduced operating noise. Precision ball bearings and a robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket provide outstanding manoeuvrability and long-term reliability in demanding working environments, with the added security of an integrated brake.
The black elastic rubber tread absorbs shocks, minimises vibration and protects floor surfaces where controlled movement matters. The aluminium centre combines strength with reduced weight for efficient everyday operation.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
