Not sure this is the right castor?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A 200mm heavy-duty towable braked swivel plate castor with a hard-wearing brown polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron centre, rated to 1000kg.
Engineered for the most demanding industrial applications, this castor uses precision ball bearings and a robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket for exceptional strength and smooth rolling. The integrated brake provides enhanced safety and control, letting equipment be secured in position when required.
The polyurethane tread offers excellent resistance to abrasion, oils and industrial wear, helps protect floor surfaces and reduces rolling resistance, giving outstanding manoeuvrability and reliable performance under extreme loads.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
