A 200mm extra heavy-duty fixed plate castor with a robust grey nylon wheel and precision ball bearing, rated to 1200kg.
Designed for the most demanding industrial applications, this castor is built for reliability and long service life, with excellent resistance to wear, impact and continuous use. The fabricated zinc-plated steel bracket provides exceptional strength and durability for heavy loads in challenging environments.
The hard-wearing nylon wheel gives smooth rolling and performs particularly well on hard floor surfaces, while the fixed plate design keeps movement controlled in a straight line.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
