A round expander supplied with a 10mm hexagon head bolt, made to fit round tube with an internal dimension of 19mm to 21.5mm.
The expander locates inside the end of the tube and is tightened with the 10mm hexagon head bolt. Its 19–21.5mm working range lets one size suit tubes whose internal dimension falls anywhere within that span.
