Not sure this is the right wheel?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A heavy-duty 160mm grey nylon wheel with a glass fibre reinforced nylon centre, thread guards and a 12mm ball bearing, rated to 900kg.
The glass fibre nylon centre adds rigidity and strength for heavy loads, while thread guards help stop threads and debris wrapping around the axle. A 12mm diameter ball bearing gives smooth, free rolling, and the 60mm hub length suits matching castor brackets.
Please note: this is a wheel only – no castor bracket is included.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per wheel?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
