A 160mm braked swivel bolt hole castor with a black elastic rubber tyre on an aluminium centre, running on a ball bearing and rated to 350kg.
The elastic rubber tyre gives a cushioned ride on a strong aluminium centre, and the ball bearing keeps rolling smooth and easy. The swivel head steers freely, while the brake holds the wheel when stationary. Fixing is through a single M16 bolt hole in a pressed steel, zinc-plated bracket. A bolt hole reducer option is available.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
