A heavy-duty 150mm swivel plate castor with a durable polyurethane tyre on a cast iron centre, rated to 600kg.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, this castor uses a precision ball bearing for smooth, efficient operation. It delivers good load-bearing performance, low rolling resistance and outstanding wear resistance while helping to protect floor surfaces. The robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket ensures long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.

The wheel combines the strength of a cast iron core with the floor-friendly benefits of polyurethane, and the swivel action gives precise directional control.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
