A strong 125mm fixed plate castor with a solid white nylon wheel and plain bore bearing, rated to 300kg per castor.
A dependable choice for heavy-duty material handling, this castor combines a durable nylon wheel, plain bore bearing and robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket. The nylon wheel resists wear, impact, moisture and many industrial chemicals, making it well suited to demanding working environments.
It provides reliable straight-line tracking and a long service life. Low rolling resistance helps improve efficiency when moving heavy loads, and the solid nylon construction performs consistently on smooth concrete and industrial flooring.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
