A heavy-duty 125mm fixed plate castor with a red polyurethane tyre on a nylon centre, running on a roller bearing and rated to 300kg per castor.
Designed for reliable straight-line movement in demanding industrial and commercial environments, this castor features a durable roller bearing, robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket and hard-wearing polyurethane tread. The polyurethane wheel offers excellent wear resistance, low rolling resistance and floor protection for frequent use in busy workplaces.
It provides excellent directional stability and a long service life. The resilient tyre and strong nylon centre perform dependably on concrete, resin and industrial flooring while reducing the effort needed to move heavy loads.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
