A heavy-duty 125mm fixed plate castor with a yellow polyurethane tyre on a cast iron centre, running on a precision ball bearing and rated to 300kg per castor.

Engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications where strength, durability and reliable straight-line movement are essential, this castor combines a high-performance polyurethane tread, robust cast iron wheel centre and precision ball bearing. The hard-wearing polyurethane wheel resists abrasion, protects floor surfaces and reduces rolling effort when moving heavy loads.

It delivers outstanding load-bearing performance and a long service life, with the cast iron core and resilient tyre giving excellent reliability on concrete and industrial flooring.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
