Not sure this is the right castor?

Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.

A heavy-duty 125mm fixed plate castor with a high-impact nylon wheel, engineered for reliable straight-line movement and rated to 200kg.

The nylon wheel delivers excellent load-bearing performance and resists wear, chemicals and abrasion. It keeps rolling resistance low under heavy loads and stays durable in harsh working conditions, performing best on smooth, hard surfaces such as concrete warehouse and factory floors.

The rigid design gives precise directional control where straight tracking is needed rather than swivel movement. Mounted in a robust pressed steel bracket with a zinc-plated finish, the castor resists corrosion and stays reliable under continuous use. A standard 105 x 80mm mounting plate with 80 x 60mm hole centres suits a wide range of equipment.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
