A dependable light to medium-duty braked swivel castor with a 125mm solid black rubber tyre and pressed steel centre, rated to 100kg.
Built for industrial, commercial and workshop use, this plate-mounted castor pairs a hard-wearing rubber tyre with a strong pressed steel (metal) centre for durability, shock absorption and stable running. A roller bearing keeps rolling resistance low so equipment moves easily under load, while the brake locks the wheel securely when stationary for added control and safety.
The zinc-plated pressed steel bracket resists corrosion and wear for a long service life in demanding conditions, and the rubber tread runs quietly and helps protect floors. The standard 105 x 80mm top plate with 80 x 60mm hole centres makes fitting straightforward on a wide range of equipment and platforms.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
