A 125mm braked swivel plate castor with a black elastic rubber tyre, nylon centre and roller bearing, rated to 200kg per castor.

Designed for smooth movement, excellent manoeuvrability and reliable braking in demanding industrial environments, this castor features a durable roller bearing, metal thread guards and a robust zinc-plated pressed steel bracket. The elastic rubber tread absorbs shock, reduces noise and protects floor surfaces while giving consistent performance.

The black elastic rubber wheel rolls smoothly on concrete and industrial flooring, and the integrated brake helps keep equipment safely in place when stationary.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
