A 100mm swivel plate castor with a black elastic rubber tyre on an aluminium centre, running on a ball bearing and rated to 200kg.

Built for medium to heavy-duty applications, the elastic rubber tyre delivers excellent shock absorption, reduced vibration and floor protection, while the ball bearing gives smooth, low-resistance movement under load. The aluminium centre adds strength without excess weight.

Full 360-degree swivel provides flexibility and control, and the strong pressed steel, zinc-plated bracket improves durability and corrosion resistance. It offers quiet operation and dependable load handling in demanding commercial and industrial settings.

Castor questions, answered

How much load capacity do I need per castor?

Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.

How do I measure a top plate castor?

Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.

Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?

Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
