A heavy-duty 100mm fixed plate castor with a durable, non-marking white nylon wheel, rated to 250kg.
The nylon wheel combines low rolling resistance with high strength, and its non-marking finish makes it suitable for clean environments and hard floor surfaces. It is fitted with a robust zinc-plated pressed steel large top plate bracket for corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The fixed plate design gives straight-line stability for controlled movement in demanding environments.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
