Not sure this is the right castor?
Tell us your load, floor and fixing — a castor specialist will confirm the right fit before you order.
A 100mm braked swivel plate castor with a black elastic rubber tyre on a durable nylon centre, running on a roller bearing and rated to 200kg.
Designed for medium to heavy-duty applications, the elastic rubber tyre delivers excellent shock absorption, reduced vibration and non-marking floor protection, while the roller bearing ensures smooth, low-resistance movement under load. The integrated brake secures equipment when stationary, making it well suited to busy work environments.
The strong pressed steel, zinc-plated bracket offers durability and corrosion resistance, and integrated thread guards help prevent debris build-up. It gives reliable handling and quiet operation for frequent use in commercial and industrial settings.

Castor questions, answered
How much load capacity do I need per castor?
Add up the weight of the trolley plus its heaviest load, then divide by three rather than four. On uneven floors one castor is often off the ground, so this gives you a safe margin.
How do I measure a top plate castor?
Measure the top plate (length × width), the distance between the bolt hole centres, and the overall height from the floor to the top of the plate. Match these to the sizes in the listing so the new castor fits your existing holes and keeps the trolley level.
Swivel, braked or fixed — which should I choose?
Swivel castors turn in any direction, fixed castors only roll straight, and braked castors can be locked in place. Many trolleys use two fixed castors at one end with two swivel or braked swivel castors at the other for easy steering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. For larger quantities or a fleet of trolleys, send us the items and quantities through the bulk quote form and we'll come back to you with a quote.
